1. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours advance notice for rescheduling clinical consultations so that surgical operatory time can be prioritized for emergency toothache cases.

2. Custom Laboratory Restorations & Aligners

Deposits for custom-milled laboratory prosthetics (Zirconia crowns, E.max veneers) or custom clear aligner series are non-refundable once fabrication and digital printing have commenced.
